iPhones: "Private Relay"
As of early 2025, iOS 14 and higher has a feature called "Private Relay" that by-passes Internet DNS content filtering settings on your home network. If you are not using "Parental Controls" on your iPhones, you should disable this setting for this feature to work.
Turn iCloud Private Relay off
- Go to Settings
> [your name] > iCloud > Private Relay, then tap Private Relay.- Turn off iCloud Private Relay completely: Tap Turn Off Private Relay.
