- Customer invoice, noting project cost, incentive expected, customer name and address, invoice number, and model number of equipment installed.
- Documentation confirming the equipment that was installed at the project:
If the CF3R document is legally required for the project, please provide that document, otherwise,
Provide a photo of the nameplate of the newly installed unit, making sure to show the item’s serial number.
