The following photos/documents are required for TECH Clean California project submission:  

  1. Customer invoice, noting project cost, incentive expected, customer name and address, invoice number, and model number of equipment installed. 
  2. Documentation confirming the equipment that was installed at the project:
    1. If the CF3R document is legally required for the project, please provide that document, otherwise, 

    2. Provide a photo of the nameplate of the newly installed unit, making sure to show the item’s serial number. 


  3. Attach a photo of the old system:


  4. Signed Contract
